Who We Are
ProTech has been an independent specialist partner to the not-for-profit and education sectors for more than fifteen years and has built up an unrivalled expertise and an impressive installed base of clients. We are recognised as having an excellent track record in the more complex membership, charity and education management environments and can provide a more sophisticated and flexible system than other suppliers in the sector. Some suppliers have preferred to adopt a simple "out of the box" solution for less demanding applications whilst others who offer the more sophisticated solutions have tended to widen their target market and, in our view, lessened their focus on the needs of the not-for-profit sector.
We are wholly focused on the specialised needs of our customers and can meet their requirements with a single highly configurable software solution. We are based in the West Midlands, with a satellite office in London, but operate throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.

What We Do
Our flagship CRM solution Pro-8 is designed specifically to manage all of the business functions undertaken by membership, charity and education organisations through one central knowledge base. The integrated suite has proven to be an invaluable solution for improving subscription renewals, improving member retention and provide substantial reductions in overall operational and management costs.
The key purpose of our application software beyond the processing of day to day activities of our clients is to allow an organisation to collect and segment information in 'real time' about members, supporters, organisations, regions and the like and easily allow the data to be interrogated, reviewed and then encapsulated into information that can provide a clear direction to the organisation to enable the fulfilment of strategic objectives.
The success of Pro-8 can be attributed to many things, the main notable benefits being a balance of functionality depth with ease of use.
How We Work
ProTech understands the particular requirements of the not-for-profit sector and the challenges faced by organisations within it. We are a specialist organisation whose success is built on service excellence and flexibility in responding to customer needs. ProTech seeks to build long-lasting and deep relationships with its clients, which is why we concentrate on acquiring a select number of new clients each annum. We work closely with Microsoft, our chosen platform provider, to ensure that our clients are able to get maximum benefit from the software infrastructure elements and have access to a wide variety of additional packages through the Microsoft ecosystem.
