Protech has worked with a leading professional membership body to enhance their member value proposition, by improving the way in which they collect subscription payments.

Previously, the organisation collected payments for their core membership subscription, plus other services such as a professional status and leading industry journal on an individual basis on the anniversary of each service being procured.  As a result, multiple payments would be requested and collected from members at different times of the year, sometimes causing confusion and effecting the value perceived.

Protech has worked with its professional body client so that ProConnect CRM will support the alignment of the three subscriptions into one single payment for members on an annual basis. This will allow the organisation to improve the perceived value of their member value proposition to existing customers with one associated cost. The organisations CRM users will also see a decrease in admin due to the reduction in frequency of payments. Finally, the move to consolidated services means that outstanding payments can be tracked easier.
