A Track Record of Achievement

Security Certification
Security has always been at the centre of our work. Protech was the first provider to deliver a government “OFFICIAL” security-accredited integrated web and CRM solution, and we have continued to place data security at the top of our agenda. Today with the risk of cybersecurity and the introduction of GDPR, this competency is more vital than ever.
Protech is certified to ISO 27001:2013, the only auditable international standard that defines the requirements of an Information Security Management System. This comprises the policies, procedures, processes and systems that manage information risks, such as cyberattacks, data leaks or theft. The certification demonstrates to clients that we have defined and put in place best-practice security processes to protect their information assets.
Protech is “Cyber Essentials PLUS” certified. This government-backed, industry-supported scheme aims to help organisations protect themselves against the most common cyber threats and is a requirement for many government contracts. The PLUS accreditation held by Protech also includes rigorous testing of our software and IT systems by an external certifying body, using a range of tools and techniques.

Accepted as a member of TechUK, the association that represents the UK’s best and most innovative technology companies.
Shortlisted as “Outstanding G-Cloud Newcomer” finalist in 2015 and as “Outstanding Success Story” finalist in 2016 by Eurocloud, the independent non-profit organisation based in Luxembourg that acts as a pan-European cloud innovation hub.
Protech was awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud 10 agreement as a supplier of cloud software services on the Digital Marketplace. The CSS aims to deliver value for the nation through outstanding commercial capability and quality customer service. It acts on behalf of the Crown to drive savings for the taxpayer and improve the quality of commercial and procurement activity.
