Thursday 7th October 2021 saw Protech at the first face to face Membership Excellence national conference event since COVID began! The event was held at Novotel London West Hotel, hosted by MemberWise with over 400 attendees, including our partners NetXtra, Millertech, APT, and Clear Debit to discover various topics within the membership sector.

Delegates had the opportunity to explore, learn and engage in key topics including:

  • Member engagement
  • Member growth and growth for the future
  • Membership in a new world (and adding value in a pandemic)
  • Stronger relationships with members
  • Increasing member acquisition
  • Key drivers for membership organisations – sense of community, moving forward from broadcasting to conversations

Attendees visited our stand to learn about digital transformation, along with getting tips and tricks on how to deal with key challenges. We also offered out complimentary copies of our Digital Transformation e-book : How to place members at the heart of your digital transformation. We were additionally able to provide attendees with specialist advice on their membership and technology objectives. Alongside this, we held a fun strength testing competition for attendees to take part in for the chance to win a £50 Amazon voucher.

The long-awaited face to face event and hustle and bustle of crowds was a highly anticipated experience for everyone post-lockdown. We were so excited to have attended this membership excellence event and been able to engage with members and attendees physically for the first time in 2 years. We can’t wait for next years!
