This information is then served up within ProConnect CRM so that the organisation can analyse their event delegate demographics. Following this breakdown, the organisation will refine their various segments to ensure relevant content is being served up to individual and corporate members. This new feature has been achieved by enhancing the integration within ProConnect CRM and the clients corporate website.
