Pro-7’s integrated Task Management module is completely configurable, based on the needs of the client processes and their workflow. Task Manager will provide for the creation of defined work processes, automating user’s workflow through each task depending on the resultant outcome.

Upon completion of each task the system follows the work pattern and takes the user directly to the appropriate screen options in the system negating the need to open and choose menu options. Should the workflow then enter the responsibility of another member of staff the system directly notifies the appropriate respondent.
