ProSummary provides a holistic view of any record whether it is individual, organisation, government body, company etc. the view can be tailored for individual or user groups.

This, at its simplest level, means that when a user interrogates a person or company/organisation they can see a wide view of all contact made with that data entity, so, every booking, every event, every course, every note, every letter/document, every phone call, every donation.

In fact, any data held in Pro-7 against a contact can be pulled into ProSummary; or data held in external systems, therefore ProSummary can gather information about a contact from, for example, a library management system, an access control point, a leisure booking facility or from an EPOS till.

This information is also presented in a manner that suits that individual user – for example, event bookings will be concerned with a specific range of data, finance with another.
