The Subscription Management Module provides facilities to maintain subscription details that can be processed on both an individual and mass basis.

Configurations (membership price list), which are provided for subscription calculations, are extremely comprehensive allowing processing both on flat rates, banding, highest value and combinations.

The module handles Direct Debit processing, in order to pay off DD payers' invoices and pro-formas on the system and produce a file to send to the bank with details of the receipts to be collected.

The Subscriptions and Renewals processing is powerful and fast, processing hundred of thousands of transactions in less than one hour. Documents for mailing, business rules for lapsing members, production of invoices can all be applied against each batch.
