The Sales Ledger Module, as with all other modules, is fully integrated with the entire Pro-7 system. As well as being able to provide all of the functionality expected from a sales ledger, particular attention has been given to its design to ease the activities of the financial department. The system is used to keep track of all financial transactions within the Pro-7 system.
Although there are several modules where transactions are created, all these transactions feed into the Sales Ledger to provide a complete picture of each record’s financial situation. As such the Sales Ledger is the module to use for financial enquiries and a starting point for financial reporting.
In particular, this includes credit control and debtor chasing, renewal processing and BACS. Pro-7 integrates with a wide range of financial management systems including Sun Accounts, Sage, Microsoft Business Systems, Open Accounts, PS Financials and many more.
