The Room Booking module controls room booking and hire, dealing with anything from function rooms to accommodation. Fully configurable statuses allow users to track bookings, including backup bookings, and automatically determine payment required at appropriate times. Equipment and additional services can be logged against a booking, and linked into the timetable of booking events.

Menus as simple or as complex as required can be linked to bookings, which can themselves be linked together as repeat bookings. The room diary allows the status of all rooms to be viewed at once and to drill down into bookings for further detail.
