The Record (Data Management) Module is the centrepiece of the Pro-7 system. Literally hundreds of facilities are provided to allow the day-to-day operation and maintenance of contacts and other (any other) data types. Various sub elements of details can be maintained including multiple contacts, addresses, countries, SIC’s, products, brands etc.
Facilities are also provided to profile or search the entire database focusing on specific subsets. These subsets can then be mailed en masse or individually mailed, faxed or emailed.
Revenue details can be maintained and processed on both an individual and mass basis. Configurations provided for donation are extremely comprehensive allowing processing of all types and combinations.
In addition to the traditional maintenance options, graphical navigation tools are provided in the form of an Explorer, allowing hierarchical analysis of contacts and other data types along with their details.
The entire component’s can be linked via ProTask Manager, enabling specific job functions or tasks to be defined and controlled as one activity.
