ProQuery represents in many ways the starting point of the whole design philosophy of Pro-7.  It is all well and good to be able to enter and maintain large and complex record sets but if you need a degree in computer science to access and search the details then the system is not providing a solution.

At ProTech we have strived to offer an intuitive and comprehensive set of tools for data searches and segmentation.  The ProQuery Module offers both a standard and advance profiling tool to drill down on the underlying data within the Pro-7 suite of modules.

Where users want to find all the individuals in a particular area, with a particular mailing preference, who have a particular set of similar attributes i.e. attended an event, undertaken an educational qualification, donated a sum of money etc, then ProQuery is the tool.

Standard profiles are designed around a 'point and click' selection logic and, following successful selection of the chosen records, the user is then offered various supporting options such as export, report or mailing outputs (hardcopy, fax, email, SMS).
