Pro-7 incorporates a document content management system, this repository is at the heart of all document processes for maintaining template letters, information packs, white papers, all accessed by the appropriate activity. This module is an integrated document/content management and classification system across all Pro-7 modules. Data sources can be configured to allow fields from Pro-7 pertinent to any record to be merged into a mailing document, or exported to Excel.

The method of storage and retrieval of documents and publications can be tailored to suit your organisations processes, for example user definable data can be retained against any content including whether the document can be published to the web, a full abstract, keywords, file size, access rights, and more.

As an integral part of Pro-7, ProMailing provides a very efficient direct marketing tool taking highly focused profile lists and, from ProQuery, automating mail merges and allowing selection of content such as individual documents or packs for dispatch. Once selected the delivery method is selected by the user, which could be the contact default, output for print, file for export, email or fax. The emailing delivery tool is designed to send thousands of personalised emails to the targeted group.
