The Integration Manager is made up of several complimentary modules which provide the backbone to Pro-7’s ability to communicate with and update to and from other applications.

The suite is designed to enable business rules to be defined within a technology framework that provides real time analysis of data across a multitude of environments.  For example the integration manager can be configured to analyse in bound emails and direct them to individuals or process them through the task manager module to enable such emails to be controlled via a work flow engine.

As another example the integration manager can provide the business rules associated with the online update of an organisations web site i.e. booking tickets to an event.
