The Events Management Module, one of the largest within Pro-7, incorporating an integrated event, exhibitions or show maintenance system. This module provides a complete management solution for events whether it is large banquets, regular training courses, annual dinners or conferences or charity fundraising events. ProEvents enables the set-up and storing of information regarding events from co-ordinators within your organisation, to details of 3rd party companies such as sponsors, stand contractors, caterers etc.
Members or other contact records can be selected from the ProRecord module and linked en masse or individually to the event. The various stages of setting up an event can be tracked such as arranging the venue etc. through to each stage of individual participation at the event i.e. invite sent, verbal acceptance, written acceptance, participating or cancelled.
Financial processing such as event invoicing and payment processing is also handled within the module and is fully integrated with ProSales Ledger.
