Another powerful module within the Pro-7 suite is the Contact Management Module. It provides, at its simplest level, the ability to track all incoming and outgoing calls for contacts and other data types.
This enables, for example, statistical analysis of both an organisation’s usage and the level of referrals or donations generated.
At a more advanced level, Contact Management provides a unified front end to business activities: new contacts, event booking, interest generation, enquiries, sales campaigns and the like.
