Infrastructure

As the pace of technology continues the requirements of our current and future clients increase, ProTech have evolved a team of in house Infastructure at ProTech Computer Systemsindividuals who can help, advise and provide many varied aspects of infrastructure design and support.

To further compliment this team, ProTech have strategic relationships with several leading technology suppliers who can further add value to the services we provide.

 

Hardware

ProTech have always actively assisted our clients with the provision of all manner of hardware and general peripheral purchases.  This year sees the formation of ProTech Online, a specific service designed to remove the pain of specification, selection, purchase and deployment of hardware and peripherals.

Based on feedback thus far we see this newly formalised service as a growing area of the overall business strategy for the future.

Networks

As with hardware and peripherals, ProTech have always supported our clients in as many ways as we have been able to support and assist with Network solutions.  Under the newly defined ProTech Online brand, clients can be provided with a multitude of networking services.

Telephony

At ProTech we have always prided ourselves in being at the cutting edge of emerging technologies.  As such, several years ago we invested heavily in building a detailed technical knowledge of what was the emerging arena of Telephony Integration.

These early days saw us gain insight into both the traditional PABX systems and more leading edge Soft Switch Technology.  These explorations were done in conjunction with Unisys and Wembley Event Management Services.

Today, we have established a base of services in this area that can be provided to both our existing and prospective client base.

Mobile Technology

As with other supporting technologies, ProTech are striving to establish a lead in this arena with a particular focus on the revenue generation abilities of mobile integration.

As with many other ventures we have sought out the leading player in this sector and formed a strategic partnership to offer services that provide a real return on investment.  Our chosen partner in this field is 2ERGO who, in conjunction with ProTech can provide leading edge mobile integration and management services.
