Central Knowledge Base
As a central knowledge base Pro-7 records all activities, transactions and communication with every Donor/Supporter record. This includes whether they have contributed donations, had grants awarded, attended fundraising events, provided services or gifts to the Charity and recording all correspondence and contact that has been made with them. This record of information can be viewed in many ways depending on the user's interaction with the supporter/contact and their relationships.

Pro-7 provides a very effective marketing tool enabling focused campaigns, mass mailers, supporter profiling and the ability to communicate effectively with outsourcing partners by easily exporting profiles and importing them back with the additional gathered data. Reporting
Like many Charity Fundraising organisations you may be experiencing, through regulation and legislation, an increased demand to transform recorded data into meaningful performance reporting. However, many systems are failing to deliver, with still a reliance on disparate systems, contact records residing in several data sources, difficulty in communicating appropriately with stakeholder requirements and a lack of knowledge sharing within the organisation.
