Successful ProTech Seminar Helps NFP Professionals Look for New Ways to Engage with their Members and Transform the Operational Efficiency of their Organisation

Held in early April in central London, ProTech’s Seminar was aimed at NFP professionals looking to implement a CRM solution for the first time, or those looking to upgrade a CRM system that is no longer fit for purpose.
“The Agenda addressed two key challenges facing NFP professionals today: how to increase member engagement and transform operational efficiency,” said Jenny Parsons, ProTech’s COO. “We were delighted with the fantastic feedback we received.”
Allen Reid, Director of Client Projects for Hart Square – Independent CRM and Technology Consultants - talked attendees through the main reasons CRM/Digital projects fail and then covered the key questions they should ask when choosing a CRM supplier to help prevent the risk of failure.
The next two sessions covered: How to Meet the Demands of the Modern Learner through Digital Solutions.
John Fecci, Commercial Director of ProTech’s strategic partner eLearning Studios, focused on e-Learning using Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality.
Chloe Medonca, UK Marketing Manager for Questionmark, covered the key role Assessments, including quizzes, tests, exams, surveys and observational assessments, play in meeting today’s learners’ demands.
ProTech then presented sessions giving advice around:
- How to Harness Data to Improve your Learners’ Experience
- The Perfect Membership Scheme, what fits best with your NFP’s business strategy highlighting both established and emerging models – from MemberWise, the leading Membership and Association Professional Network.
- Death by Spreadsheet – identifying how best to manage and administer simple and complex events.
