There will be the opportunity for attendees to understand what other educating and regulatory organisations are undertaking from a CRM perspective (the risks, pros and cons) during an open forum Q&A session.

The breakfast seminar will begin with an introductory session from Allen Reid, Hart Square’s Director of Client Projects. This presentation will outline the expectations of modern members, students and stakeholders from the products and services delivered by education, examining, accreditation and regulatory bodies.

Jenny Parsons, COO of ProTech, leading provider of CRM for educating and regulatory bodies, will also share best practice advice for attendees based on ProTech’s 23 years’ experience within the Not for Profit sector.
