Investors & Ownership
ProTech has a clear and defined strategy for growth and profitability. In line with this strategy the Company was started in 1995 as a wholly privately owned entity.
Following successful growth and winning the Mail on Sunday Enterprise 2000 Award it achieved its first successful injection of funding from a venture capital trust controlled by 3i and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Since this first round of investment the company has continued to grow profitably and develop further its software and services, continuing to provide features and benefits to some of the countries best known Not for Profit organisations.
